Good site, $0.01 per ad, minimum cashout is now $50 (used to be less), pretty tough to reach without referrals. Can buy referrals with real money.

2.- Neobux

Very popular site, clicks worth from $0.001 to $0.02. Minimum cashout is $2 for the first, then $3 for the second, and so on, to a limit of $10. You can use the cash you've earned to buy referrals.

3.- ClixSense

Cool site, get paid up to $0.02 per click. Minimum cashout is $10. It has a nice game where you get 25 chances to find the winner ad on a 20x30 ad grid, you can earn up to $5 every day if you're lucky.
